The research aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development through motivation on performance. This study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, with total 27 samples distributed Lecturers Islamic Religious Education at University Science Al-Qur'an Wonosobo. analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) LISREL program. results stated that when was increased, PAI lecturer Wonosobo also increased.
